Hi, this is Bryan Dulaney. Welcome to the OptimizePress squeeze page fast start tutorials. And in this short presentation, here’s what I’m going to show you. I’m going to show you how to set up a squeeze page using OptimizePress and I want to show you how fast and simple it is.
So, let’s go ahead over to my website where we’re going to go ahead and post on the landing page. So here we go. So, let’s do a new page. All I do is going to click “new page,” and I’m within WordPress right now, so I’m assuming that you already know how to use WordPress. Now, let’s call this “OptimizePress Bonus”. The first thing we’re going to do is create a title for this page and then we’re going to choose a template. So, in this case, we’ve got all these different templates to choose from. We’re going to choose “squeeze page number 2.” Now, what we have to do is we have to customize the squeeze page options. So I created a little text document that has all of our information in it so we can model that squeeze page.
Now, we’re going to need a sub-headline, so all we do is check sub-headline options and paste it in. Let’s do the headline now. Now we’re going to post in the headline. That’s the headline. so let’s do this, place that down there, copy that. There’s the pre-headline, actually. The pre-headline and here’s the headline.
Alright, next we need to activate a video. So we’re going to go over to YouTube, and I created a video on OptimizePress review and OptimizePress Killer Bonus and now what we’re going to do is we’re just going to click the embed code, copy it, go back over to our site, and paste the video embed code right here. It will create proper dimensions for us. Now, next thing is going to be we’re going to need to enter a squeeze page. So, we need to activate basically the side bar headline options. So this is the headline that’s going to be above the squeeze page and I’m going to write something like this… Enter, well, let’s do this, “Killer $997 OptimizePress Bonus.” Below that, we’re going to enter this text into this and then we’re going to show spam notice. That’s going to say, “We respect your privacy and never show your information.” And then we’re going to need some web form HTML codes, so I went ahead and created a form with Aweber, it’s a basic form. You paste it in, and that’s it. Now, all we need to do now is choose a button and I like to use yellow because that converts the best and let’s say, “get instant access.” So that’s it. That’s just about it for this landing page, so let’s take a look at it and see what we’ve produced.
If we view the page, you can now see that this exact landing page is set up. So let’s go take a look back at it. As you can see here, this page is looking identical to this page. Now, if you want to auto play the YouTube video, you can put that video, you can put that code inside of the forum. If you just go and scroll back down, and you put in after the equals 1 you put “and auto play equals 1.” It is as simple as that. You scroll down again to the next URL and you do “and auto play equals 1.” What that will do is that will auto play your video on the landing page, which you may want to do, you may not want to do. So here it goes. Boom, the video is automatically playing.
Now, you can see that I have a footer here. If you go to the “options” down here for OptimizePress, you can easily set up, under the general settings the footer options which are right here. And then, you can check whatever links you want to link to at the bottom of the page. Because here I’m linking to viral fan pages, and I’m linking to Facebook PPC. So, let me show you how simple it was to create that. So you link over and it links over to my Facebook PPC secrets. So, that’s it for this video.
